**Position Overview**:
As a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** at Royal Facilities, you will play a key role in driving new business by generating and qualifying leads for our facility management services. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders in target companies and establish relationships.
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives to further develop leads into opportunities.
- Conduct research on potential clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for client outreach.
- Support the sales process by following up with leads, responding to inquiries, and assisting in closing deals.
- Attend networking events and industry-related conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Regularly travel to client sites within Melbourne to build relationships and attend meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in facility management or B2B services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
- Experience in facility management or related industries is a plus but not required.

**Location**:
Our office is based in **South Melbourne**, and travel to client sites around the Melbourne area will be required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
