In this role, your day-to-day will include collaboratively driving the social media approach with the team, bi-daily monitoring of a variety of social media channels across an aligned group of brands, documenting responses, caring for customer satisfaction, and understanding customer pain points that can then be laddered up to creative execution and helping the adoption of new tools and automation.

You will be on the tools and in the data, and this role will suit someone who is looking to elevate their craft.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grow and manage the online communities of a macro brand and subsequent brands underneath to support sales objectives.
- Deliver day to day monitoring and advise clients on marketing strategies to reach target markets and creating brand awareness.
- Map and monitor customer engagement to understand consumer patterns and preferences.
- Develop document repositories and log of community activity/responses
- Drive insight based reporting to analyse current and predict future consumer trends.
- Manage client relationships and response approvals
- Upload organic content to relevant social channels across Facebook, lnstagram, Linkedln, Twitter and more in a timely manner.
- Report on page trends, platform trends and category trends across all clients.
- Research and monitor social listening for clients and competitors to analyse potential demand and market opportunities.

**Who You Are and Experience**
- 3-4 years of experience managing communities across different digital marketing platforms
- A thirst for knowledge and willingness to broaden your horizons on different platforms
- Analytical approach to results and recommendations
- Stays up to date with the latest industry trends, news and developments
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
