Beaumont People are thrilled to be partnering with one of Sydney’s largest Higher Education providers, renowned for their global recognition and exceptional culture. They are seeking a HR Administration Assistant to join their Human Resources Unit located at their Western Sydney campus.

This is a rare opportunity for a HR Administration professional with a passion for people, compliance and continuous improvement to oversee generalist HR duties.

**The Opportunity**:
As the HR Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Updating employment contracts, personnel details, and existing policies.
- Overseeing all compliance duties including pre-employment checks and documentation.
- Managing all ad hoc HR administration duties as required by the HR team.

**About You**:
To be successful as the HR Administration Assistant, you will need:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with the MS Suite across Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive approach to work with the willingness to take on new projects as required.
- HR Administration experience within the Higher Education or Government sector.
