As our HR Administrator located in North Sydney you report directly to our Retail HR Manager and will support the HR Team. As the pivotal support for our HR team you will act as the first point of contact for HR related queries from our employees within Shared Services, OPSM, Sunglass Hut & Oakley businesses and have exposure to a wide range of HR operational and administrative responsibilities. This is a great entry level role for someone who has experience within HR administration and is looking to grow and further their career within Human Resources.
 

Requirements for Success 

  • Facilitate end-to-end administrative support for day-to-day HR activities (including onboarding, offboarding, recognition programs and reporting) 

  • Respond to HR enquiries, referring or escalating the matter to the appropriate representative or function within HR 

  • Assist in the preparation of HR documentation and correspondence as required 

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy employee records and filing of relevant documentation 

  • Maintenance of employee records and employee data within systems and offline 

  • Assist in the creation of PO’s & GR activities for the HR team

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes 

 

Skills & Experience  

  • Previous HR Administration or Payroll experience 

  • Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines 

  • High attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills 

  • Strong organisation skills and time management 

  • Ability to interact with staff members on various levels and maintain confidentiality
