**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- .Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
- Support the HR Manager in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Assist with the coordination of employee events, training programs, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- Handle employee inquiries and issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide guidance and support to the team
- Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics for management review and decision-making
- A proven track record in human resources management, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (desired but not mandatory)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
