**The Opportunity**
Enable, a US headquartered, international SaaS software provider is hiring a Field Marketing Manager who will work closely with the Sales and Enablement teams to spearhead field marketing initiatives.
Enable is a fast-growing SaaS company digitizing trading agreements thereby ensuring organizations from the largest enterprises to smaller businesses maximize the success and profitability of their business partnerships. Our product, Enable, is proven within many of the world’s most recognizable brands across Europe and North America.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- ** Project management, execution, and optimization** of field programs coordinated with Enable’s overall approach to targeting, messaging and campaign themes
- ** Proactively proposing programs and activities** that develop interest within target accounts, building on known research and buying patterns within our customer base
- ** Personalization of global Marketing campaigns **to ensure that our content, messaging, and CTAs are highly relevant to North American prospects and customers
**Essential knowledge, skills and abilities**:
- 1-2 years of Marketo and Salesforce experience
- 2-3 years event management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and the import/export of data from software tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
- Well organized, self-driven who is committed to detail and excellence and has experience driving internal processes
**Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities**:
- Adobe creative suite
- Project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Airtable
- Comfortable using HTML and CSS templates
