In your role as **General Manager, Client Strategy & Engagement **you will partner with our most significant clients (B2B) to maintain our solid relationships and to further enhance our client’s strategic business goals - whether it be salary packaging, novated leasing, improving their EVP or supporting other innovative products and services they envisage.

You will be accountable for long term revenue and contract retention of our major clients need (Government Health, NFP and Corporates) as well as put Maxxia and RemServ (Group Remuneration Services) (GRS) in a position for future growth.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Create long-term strategic plans that optimise our brand’s value proposition
- Acquire a deep understanding of our client’s business, commercial priorities, and key drivers
- Manage the deliverables through strong contract adherence, reporting and risk management
- Establish a long-term strategic engagement schedule and framework that develop trusts and advocacy
- Expand a state based political engagement plan
- Educate the MMSG leadership group regarding activities and priorities to protect and grow our business
- Develop the retention and commercial strategy in conjunction with other executive stakeholders
- Lead tender project management - contract negotiations and renewals
- Identify opportunities to enable the introduction and/or adoption of new revenue streams via products and services

**You will bring**:

- A proven record in strategic business partnerships and growing revenue
- Experience in providing a B2B service that is complex by nature
- Formulating and executing client engagement strategies
- Retention of long term B2B relationships/partnerships
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or other business-related discipline or relevant experience work experience
