**The Role**:
Tasks in this challenging and rewarding role include:

- Keeping our trade mark administration, financial and client databases up to date
- Processing payments and external invoices, including overseas invoices
- Preparing various reports and forms relating to the invoicing process
- Monthly and adhoc invoicing
- Creating new files and attending to conflict checks
- Daily monitoring of trade mark correspondence
- Assisting the trade marks team in day to day correspondence and database management

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- enjoy a fast paced, collaborative team environment
- have the ability to follow processes and meet tight deadlines
- be known for your attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- be able to coordinate and prioritise work and enjoy the challenge of shifting priorities
- be able to efficiently navigate databases and electronic file management systems
- have exceptional communication and written skills
- advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- preferably, have experience in a trade mark paralegal or trade mark administrator role, or alternatively in a legal support role, such as a legal assistant, legal secretary or paralegal role with a strong willingness to learn about Australian and international trade mark procedure and practice
- enjoy working in a professional services environment
