**Inventory Controller | Sunshine**
This supplier and distributor of disposable food packaging and consumables for the hospitality industry is well known for it's outstanding quality, service and price. They have a catalogue of products from over 75 suppliers and over 2500 lines, the hospitality world knows they can count on them for their food safe packaging and consumables.
Currently seeking an experienced inventory controller who has prior experience in a similar industry sector or related to the food and hospitality industry. You will be responsible for providing reliable and accurate information to senior management on the total inventory control function, leading to cost/benefit recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Procurement & Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following;
- Supervise the updating of accounting inventory records
- Control data input for control of perpetual stock inventory
- Responsible for planning and coordinating stock movement for a wide range of products
- Provide information to allow buyers/purchasers the maximum time for effective negotiation
- Collects and analyses sales information and prepares trend reports
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role in line with the hospitality/food sector
- Qualifications which support a large scale inventory operation
- Strong analytic thinking and communication
- Purchasing experience advantageous
- Strong IT skills
- **Qualifications in Distribution & Supply Chain Management** or similar, highly regarded.
