**The Role**

We are looking for a New Business Manager to join our sales team, reporting to the CEO, to hunt down and close six and seven-figure deals.

You will receive a quota that comes with an impressive, uncapped compensation plan. You will be selling a disruptive vision of how Proxymity is here to change the investor communications landscape.

Predominately as a hunter, you will proactively develop a lead generation plan alongside the support of Marketing. You will present a thorough territory plan and orchestrate your value to internal partners (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations etc.). The support of these teams helps you bring on new logos to be proud of.

**What You'll Do**
- Source and close net new Enterprise logos
- Research and understand your customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and Proxymity value proposition
- Influence and drive the sales process while managing through multi-layer stakeholders in the organisations
- Exercise judgment in selecting methodologies, techniques and evaluation criteria throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
- Rapidly learn investor communications and the Proxymity model

**Requirements**:
If you talk outcomes and not features and functions, you are speaking our language.
- 5+ years of new business sales experience.
- Deeply rooted drive to win.
- Sales Achiever. Can demonstrate past over achievement (quota, revenue goals, Salesperson of the Year, etc) selling SaaS solutions.
- Know the art of complex SaaS sales cycles with demonstrated ownership of territory and account management including cross-selling and upselling.
- Growth mindset you seek out feedback and development to become a better seller today than you were yesterday.
- You follow a validated solution-selling methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.
- Working in a sales role in financial service or experience selling into the financial services vertical is an advantage
