Marketing Assistant

About the Role
An exciting opportunity within our Specialty Care business unit as a Marketing Assistant in a contract role.
The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and project support to the specialty care commercial team.
Priorities
Event and meeting coordination- Coordination of external HCP events inc. management in Veeva CRM, coordination of logistics, liaising with internal stakeholders, developing contracts, ensuring honorariums are processed and ensuring compliance with Sanofi SOPs- Coordination of internal staff events inc. training and conferences- Participation in the Sanofi “Super-User” group to ensure compliance of processes related to Congresses and Events- Management of sponsorship and donations requests and ensuring all correspondence is addressed to and maintenance of the sponsorship & donations register- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medical Meetings & Transparency’s and Ethics and Business Integrity’s requirements
Marketing materials management- Coordination of promotional merchandise and materials with the brand management team including liaising with suppliers, artwork signoff and input with creative ideas
Invoicing and purchasing management- Creation and processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and goods receipting and liaise with finance regarding payment of accounts and invoice enquiries.- Liaison with marketing and finance to ensure POs are managed appropriately- Assistance with brand budgets as required
General responsibilities- General administrative support to specialty care marketing, sales and wider brand team members
To be successful in this role, we believe you should have the following:
- Strong organisational and time management skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Attention to detail- MS Office- Ability to adapt to changing situations- Budget management- Previous success in administrative / coordinator role
Desirable Skills and Experience- Veeva / Salesforce CRM- 3-4 years in a similar role- Medicines Australia code of conduct training
