Our client specialises in high-quality bathroom, kitchen and laundry products. Their goal is to help their customers create their own luxury bathrooms and kitchens at the best price. As a result of company growth, they are seeking a **Sales Consultant **with the desire & ability to manage the showroom sales team and be successful in showroom sales.

**About the role**
Based in Osborne Park, this new role is created due to continued sales and business growth, plus a desire to increase sales over the next three years.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage staff performance, provide sales and product training plus ensure a consultative sales approach to all clients is maintained. A vital element of this role is to build and develop the sales team to increase sales performance on the showroom floor.

It is a hands-on role where you will guide customers through the sales process, including the development of design options, product selection and quotation.

Additional responsibilities may include** **opening and closing the showroom, assisting in pricing, and authorising discounts to customers as per company policies.

The showroom is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Saturdays are essential for this role, however, a day off during the week is provided in lieu of working Saturdays.

**About you**
Previous showroom sales experience is essential for this role, along with an ability to manage staff. A current driver’s license is also required.
