**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Fireplace Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Fireplace Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect fireplace and related products for their homes. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and be part of a company dedicated to enhancing the comfort and aesthetics of residential and commercial spaces.

**Requirements and Key Responsibilities**:
**Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in selling fireplaces or similar products. Previous experience in the home improvement, interior design, or construction industries is advantageous.

**Customer Focus**: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and recommend suitable products.

**Negotiation Skills**: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a win-win approach.

**Self-Motivated**: Proactive and results-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

**Technical Aptitude**: Comfortable with learning and understanding technical specifications of products.

**Flexibility**: Willingness to work Saturday mornings.

**Sales Administration**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details using the company's CRM system.

**Product Consultation**: Engage with customers to understand their fireplace needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice on various fireplace styles, designs, and technologies to help customers make informed decisions.

**Demonstration and Explanation**: Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of different fireplace models and related products. Clearly explain technical details in a manner that is easily understandable for customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA 6000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
