Business Administration Assistant

Duties include:
- answering, screening, transferring phone calls
- greeting visitors and clients
- prepare freight/order consignment notes to customers
- prepare materials transfer documentation to customers
- data entry in sales system
- maintain office supplies and inventory
- knowledge of payroll, accounts payable highly regarded
- assist the administrative team when required and during times of absence
Skills required:
- 2-3 years’ experience and knowledge of Office Administration function preferred;
- Superior interpersonal skills and in particular skills in building positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel;
- be adaptable and willing to learn new software programs
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mount Barker, SA 5251: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
**Experience**:
