Junior Office Administration Assistant

Duties include:
- answering, screening, transferring phone calls
- greeting visitors and clients
- prepare freight/order consignment notes to customers
- prepare materials transfer documentation to customers
- data entry in sales system
- maintain office supplies and inventory
- assist the administrative team when required and during times of absence
Skills required:
- professional appearance
- excellent communication skills
- ability to learn new processes and software quickly
- strong attention to detail
- have a strong work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
