Our ACT branch is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant and be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the Sales, Service and Business Support teams as well as the wider business.

**Tasks will include, but not be limited to**:

- Reception duties
- Assisting with quotes and tender submissions
- Creating customer and vendor accounts
- Logging in-bound sales opportunities
- Creating AV care tickets and performing daily checks
- Preparing invoices and creating reports in a timely manner as required
- Allocating services in response to requests
- Supporting the Sales, Service and Business Support teams with other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Sales Administration and/or Support experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong PC skills
- Experience with O365 including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organisational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Positive enthusiastic commitment to work and the achievement of results.
