**Your new role**

This exciting new role will report to the EGM of Operational Services and aim to develop and manage the commercial systems and functions within the department, develop and manage the procurement systems and functions within the department, negotiate and maintain key supply contracts and manage the analysis and reporting functions for the department.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Manage commercial functions for all fleet and maintenance activities.
- Maintain finance and operating lease schedules.
- Manage fleet analysis including life of asset modelling and entry to exit strategies.
- Manage all sustaining and growth CapEx functions through to finance.
- Maintain asset register including central database for incoming and outgoing items.
- Provide financial analysis on the P+L impacts of Operational Services activities.
- Maintain master data base of standard equipment pricing for use in contract modelling and rate cards.
- Develop and manage the sub-contractor and vendor onboarding process.
- Create workflows and approval flows for efficient processes within governance guidelines.
- Develop and manage key procurement activities and procedures.
- Negotiate and manage key supply contracts.
- Lead face to face negotiation with suppliers and other external parties as required.
- Oversee commercial and procurement processes & compliance for national functions such as maintenance, pallets & fuel.
- Instruct/liaise with legal team on Centurion position in relation to contract documentation.
- Facilitate the internal approval and execution process in relation to supply contracts.
- Guide the business in understanding contractual commitments.
- Carry out the above in relation to significant Supplier contracts and other contracts, as directed by the EGM.
- Provide key report, business intelligence and analysis to the EGM and department.
- Liaise with the finance and commercial teams to ensure company objectives are achieved.

**Who we are looking for**
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Loyalty and enthusiasm towards company objectives and adherence to company values.
- Excellent ability to collaborate and engage meaningfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in an equivalent role.
