About the Role
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Clinical Governance provides contemporary operational and professional nursing leadership for the QEII hospital. The role shapes clinical and corporate governance; and provides the coordination of service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.
The position shapes clinical governance systems in partnership with the QEII executive team to drive high quality practice and to ensure relevant legislative and other key performance indicators are met.
