**Job description**:
Our client a well-established organisation within the financial field have had exceptional growth and have a number of opportunities for service driven Customer service administrators to join the team.

The Client Services Administrator is responsible for supporting the Field Agents undertaking a range of administration and customer serrvice functions.

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Assist with Field work scheduling
- Coordinate pre-finance requests
- Answer incoming calls from clients, agents and suppliers and assist with queries where applicable
- Provide quotes to field staff
- Assist with invoicing process
- General administrative and service duties as required
- Generate data and insights reporting

**To be successful for this role you will**:

- Prior experience in customer service / administration Ideally within retail hospitality, retail or call centre
- Exceptional communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and broaden skillset
