About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Administration Coordinator You will deliver high-quality administration support to the Victorian Division. Additionally, you will oversee day-today operations and be the first point of call for visitors and clients attending the site via phone at the reception area.

Responsibilities include
- Ensure all incoming calls are screened and appropriate action is taken
- Maintain high level communication in all interactions by phone or face to face and respond to visitors in courteous and friendly manner
- Sort, screen, process and distribute mail, ensuring items requiring urgent attention are appropriately flagged for immediate action
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Assist managing logistics and implementation of events within the Division as required
- Facilitate ongoing quality improvement and efficiency through streamlining of processes and procedures

This is permanent full-time position, based in Mitcham, VIC.

What you will have
- Certificate in Business Administration _(desired)_
- Demonstrated relevant administrative experience, knowledge and skills
- Understanding of, and commitment to, the mission and values of The Salvation Army
