**What the job involves**:

- Ensure at all times the highest level of customer service via optimal communication and presentation.
- Manage daily workflow to maintain client service standards ensuring timeframes and schedules are adhered to.
- Take payments from self-payers.
- Ensure samples are ready for pathology collection.
- Support health professionals with administrative tasks.
- Comply with privacy and confidentiality principles to all work practices including the Fullerton Health Australia policies and procedures.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous medical administration experience (preferred)
- Current vaccination status
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Company to fund a pre-employment medical if shortlisted
