**About the Company**
This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3 - month contract paying up to $247.3 p/d + super. This role is located in Burwood / WFH

**About the team**

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Shared Services Payments and Payables Consultant with a leading NSW Government agency. The role is to process a range of payments and payables as well as more complex

accounts payable transactions.

Key accountabilities include:

- Prepare supplier statement reconciliations
- Prepare and process all scheduled payment runs for Supplier, Payroll, Cashback, Drives & Employee Expenses
- Investigation and resolve aged items on the Accounts Payable ledger across all agencies
- Prepare cash forecasting in line with Treasury expectations
- Provide daily notification of outgoings to Treasury

**About You**
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and/or banking and revenue, including the management and resolution of disputes and discrepancies.
- Previous Government experience beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience using multiple computer-based systems and ability to learn new systems with ease.
- Full working rights in Australia
