**A part time role for RECEPTION / ADMINISTRATION ROLE has just opened up**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a part-time receptionist / administration wiz to join our dynamic and friendly team at Preston Physiotherapy.

**About us**

We are a well-established business in the heart of Preston. We see a variety of clients and our reception team have a variety of roles, from simple to challenging for those with goals for progression. We have two locations and you will work at our High Street location. We have 10 amazing Physiotherapists and also rent our rooms out to a massage company.

**About you**

Experience in the industry is preferred. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive when it is a little slower. You want to learn about the industry and have a passion for achieving goals. You want to help grow this business further along the way. You are ready to hit the ground running.

**About the role**
- Employment:_ Part-time; permanent and ongoing with opportunities for advancement
- Duties:_ Front reception, administration, organising, billing, customer service and problem solving to name a few

*Through COVID there are some light sanitising and cleaning duties required.
- Hours:_ We are open 6 days a week and open from 8am - 8pm weekdays. A semi-permanent roster is available with a combination of either opening or closing shifts.
- Start date:_ ASAP

Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, VIC 3072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
