**_ We are seeking an experienced IT Level 2 Help Desk Officer to provide quality support and assistance to the Respect environment, staff and residents. _**

The role’s primary aim is to ensure the proficient day-to-day functioning of the Information and Technology services and solutions. Working predominantly remotely, the role will focus on help desk activities as well as the procurement and logistics of equipment supply requests. Some travel and onsite work may be required.

**Requirements**:
**Key duties include**:

- Provide support for all IT related matters.
- Escalation of tickets to problem or change requests.
- Working with third party vendors to resolve tickets.
- Manage all Desktop, Linux, Windows infrastructure.
- Achieve agreed service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
- Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests.
- Contribute to IT projects.
- Any other associated task as directed by Respect.

**What you can bring to the role**:

- A completed ITIL foundations certification (desirable)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.

**The following technical knowledge is strongly desired**:

- G-Suite / Google workspace.
- Office 365.
- Printer management and administration.
- Microsoft Server. Microsoft Windows desktop Operating Systems.
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Microsoft Terminal Services.
- Linux Server Administration
- Virtualisation Technology (ESXi, Xen Server Hyper-V).

- TCP/IP Networking.
- Virtual Private Networking.
- Antivirus Technologies.
- Backup Technologies
- 3CX
- Jira and Confluence
