ENTTEC is seeking an organised **Office & Customer Service Administrator** with a knack for customer service. This is a part-time role with a strong organisational focus and is responsible for providing administrative support for the Admin & Customer Service team.

**Hours**: 20-25 hours a week, Monday - Friday (negotiable)

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service - _
- As necessary, process and dispatch web sales and customer orders
- Assist with outreach and marketing campaigns, such as collating brochures etc.
- Assist with invoicing and customer payments as needed
- Office Administration - _
- Monitor and maintain the work environment such as stationary orders, visitor logs, and coordinator meeting rooms
- General administration duties such as scanning and filing

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in Customer Service and/or Administration
- Experience using a knowledge base to pro-actively address customer questions or concerns
- Experience in marketing or social media marketing a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain up-to-date and professional communications
- Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised with a positive solution-focused attitude

**Salary**: $60,000 to $70,000 per annum (pro rata) exclusive of superannuation

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:
