ABOUT THE COMPANY:
This leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions for the transport industry, are seeking a Sales Administration Officer to join their sales team of 3.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Administration Officer will provide administration support to the sales staff by providing quotes to customers, collating all orders and inputting into system, ordering distributed product and managing a territory of customers via phone contact to provide sales support to these customers
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will also be responsible for:
- Data entry of orders and filing of relevant documentation
- Allocating technical enquiries to the appropriate person
- Working with management to ensure appropriate product levels are maintained
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong administration skills and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone
- Time management skills
- Experience using MS Office 36
- Previous sales and administration experience (desirable)
