**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
This leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions for the freight and transit rail sectors, are seeking Sales Administration Officers to join their sales team of 4. Based at their
**Keysborough** site, these roles offer full time hours between Monday - Friday.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Sales Administration Officer will provide administration support to the sales staff by providing quotes to customers, collating all orders and inputting into system, ordering distributed product and managing a territory of customers via phone contact to provide sales support to these customers

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will also be responsible for:

- Filing of relevant documents when required
- Make sales to these customers where appropriate
- Contact customers in your territory when possible

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong administration skills and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone
- Time management skills
- Experience using MS Office 365
- Previous sales and administration experience (desirable)
