**THE POSITION**
The Brand and Marketing Co-ordinator undertakes a variety of marketing activities to enhance the Colleges’ brand and deliver the Colleges’ Marketing Strategy increasing engagement and conversion to enrolment.
The Brand and Marketing Officer reports to the Business Manager.
All staff need to be supportive of the the College values of Engagement, Character, Care and Teamwork; Christian ethos and Ethical Statement of these Uniting Church schools from PP-12.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Brand and Marketing Co-ordinator has the following duties and responsibilities.
- Support end-to-end project management in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (print and digital).
- Support the implementation of the Digital Strategy for the Colleges by:
- Research, write, edit, publish and review content for the Colleges’ website, College App and social media platforms in line with brand and style guidelines.
- Collaborate across the Colleges to seek content opportunities for both web stories and social media.
- Manage communities across the social media channels for each College (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ensure community contributions are appropriate.
- Prepare analytic reports for digital platforms to enhance impact reports and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in relation to engagement and enrolment conversions.
- Support strategic marketing projects such as a Brand refresh and development of a Digital Strategy including a website refresh to support the Colleges’ Strategic Plan.
- Contribute to the production of key publications.
- Undertake photography and videography for marketing purposes.
- Assist in the organisation of key College events such as Open Days and launch events.
- Undertake administrative duties such as the preparation of financial documents for procurement purposes.
Other relevant duties as may be directed from time-to-time.
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
The Brand and Marketing Co-ordinator will possess the following knowledge, skills and/or abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and/or communications.
- Understanding of web best practice (user experience, usability, accessibility etc.) and social media platforms.
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to write effectively and accurately for a variety of audiences.
- Highly motivated team player able to use initiative and prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Abode Creative suite would be an advantage.
**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
- Working with Children Suitability Card or the ability to obtain one, is essential.
- Drivers licence essential
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- An office workspace is provided in both college campuses.
- Daily tasks are conducted anywhere within the two college campuses.
- Personal transport is required for moving between the two campuses.
