The company has a hard-won reputation for the design, manufacture, production, and management of quality apparel and accessories. With a strong presence, nationally & globally they are on the hunt for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

**About the role**

This is a newly created role due to company growth and working closely with general management and covering all facets of digital marketing. You will be given complete ownership and offer your knowledge, advice, and ideas to create strategies to increase brand awareness. In addition, you will manage an existing marketing team of 2-3 individuals with a view to expanding the team further.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery and growth across their B2B and B2C channels. You will be working closely with internal teams and also external digital, media, and creative agencies to maximize exposure and increase brand awareness and revenue.

Additional duties include
- Manage digital marketing strategies across social media platforms both paid and organic
- Develop digital marketing plans in line with key business goals to support tactical marketing activity and lead generation
- Lead and website development planning to set the brand up for success

**Please note this location is based at Melbourne airport & you must be fully vaccinated.**

You have worked previously in a senior marketing role (4 years minimum). You are eager to hit the ground running & have the ability to work independently & take ownership of your work. No task is too small for you and are happy to chip in and work across all areas of the business as needed.
- **Prior experience in digital marketing at a senior level (4 years minimum)**:

- Proven leadership experience and managed teams
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp & Shopify
- Strong analytical skills and can think long term
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage workflows in a busy environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly resourceful and a creative problem solver
- Passion for fashion, design, and retail
