**About your new role**:
As the Payroll Officer for YOT Group, reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the weekly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, inline with the Hospitality and Marine Tourism wards.
This position is a Part Time position, 2 days a week working from the Main Beach, Gold Coast Head Office.
Monday / 9am - 5pm
Tuesday / 9am - 5pm
**Responsibilities will include, not limited to**:
- Managing and processing weekly payroll for all employees across YOT Group.
- Handling payroll inquiries promptly.
- Processing new employee information and ensuring all payroll data is up to date.
- EOFY PAYG summary reconciliation and filing.
- STP weekly reporting.
- Calculating and processing bonuses, commissions, and other forms of reimbursements.
- Collaborating with HR to ensure accurate employee records and deductions.
- Follow up on any pending timesheet approvals.
**What you need to succeed**:
- 5 years experience within a payroll position.
- In depth experience working with Xero payroll and Deputy Rostering, Including the syncing of information between both platforms.
- Experience in running Deputy rostering reports, includinging roster actuals against budgets.
- Experience and knowledge around the Marine Tourism and Hospitality awards.
- Highly organised, can manage your time and tasks efficiently by set payroll deadlines.
- Ability to confidently working autonomously
