Office and Accounts Supervisor

To help bring this to life, we’re looking for an **Office and Accounts Supervisor** to join our team as we maintain the Sunshine Coast’s most unique collection of professionally managed holiday homes.
**About the role**:This position will play an integral role in influencing the smooth operations of the business. Working closely with the General Manager to drive process improvements, engage closely with our clients, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the accounts department at Welcome Ready, including managing the accounts payable and receivable as well as playing an integral role within the payroll department.

**What the day-to-day looks like in this role**:
- Working directly with homeowners, guests, and suppliers
- Being responsible for bank and credit card reconciliations and working closely with Welcome Ready’ General Manger, bookkeepers and finance department
- Supporting owners with information regarding trade work and invoices
- Taking the lead on managing the accounts payable and receivable
- Managing the company’s trust account
- General office duties
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
- Previous experience in an office or book keeping role
- Previous experience in an accounts payable / receivable role
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to help teams where needed
- An acute attention to detail
- Experience in Xero (or other accounting software)
- Payroll experience
- Previous experience in trust accounting a plus, knowledge of trust accounting desirable
- Previous experience in property management a plus, but not required

We are a steadily growing business and operate in a fast-paced environment. Based Moffat Beach, with most of our portfolio located between Caloundra and Coolum as well as the Hinterland. Our aim is to provide the highest possible service to our guests and owners, while maintaining these exceptional assets and representing all the very best the Sunshine Coast has to offer to our guests.
Pay: $61,069.10 - $75,000.00 per year
