**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Business Administrator to join our dynamic Medical Education team.

This is an important role within the company, reporting directly to the Zimmer Biomet Institute Director, A/NZ. This role is responsible and accountable for specific areas in planning, **compliance and documentation,** development and execution of the Zimmer Biomet Institute calendar of training courses to ensure a high quality educational experience for healthcare professionals at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Keeping strict documentation of events according to ZimmerBiomet global policies and procedures as well as acting as a regional and global point of contact for medical events compliance data/documentation (we use Medispend).
- Administer and keep records of all expenses related to ZimmerBiomet Education Events.
- Organise travel and event planning for Health Care Professionals (surgeons)
- Organise event planning and site selection/booking etc

**About You**

The ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload, and respond rapidly to high priority tasks is essential. A focused attention to detail is also highly desirable.

Demonstration in a strong administration capacity for a larger professional services organisation would be a plus. You must also have strong interpersonal and written/verbal skills. Whilst event planning is a component of the role its equally pivotal to be familiar with keeping compliance related documentation and records.

Advanced MS Office skills are essential coupled with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure to tight deadlines.

You will ideally already be working in a role which requires high levels of professionalism, comfort with heavy compliance requirements and confident to organise itineraries for health care professionals and organising events.
