**Your new role**

This exciting new role will report to the Fleet & Asset Manager and aim to provide administrative support to the Workshop staff while supporting the Fleet & Asset Manager in all areas of administration requirements.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Liaising with enquiries from internal and external customers
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and other duties as required for the Centurion Fleet
- Third Party Invoice pricing and reconciliation
- Compliance WAHVAS compliance reporting, audits and administration Maintenance & Mass
- DG Registration, Vehicle Registration of Centurion Fleet
- Administer Hire Equipment Trucks, Trailers, Vehicles, & Forklifts Servicing and repairs plus weekly reporting to finance on costs & hire # WA only
- Assist Finance with weekly reporting of costs
- New Equipment on boarding to AX with Capex approval, Removal of sold equipment from AX system
- Manage & administer Insurance claims, Accident repairs & reporting processes for Centurion Fleet.
- Ensure Asset records and kept up to date and accurate
- Run weekly/monthly fleet and asset reports as required
- Assist other Fleet & Maintenance/ Tyres/property maintenance administration as required

**Who we are looking for**
- Previous experience working in the Transport Industry - Essential
- Accurate data entry / typing
- High attention to detail
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer service orientated
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
