Our client, a luxury automotive brand is looking for an Aftersales Marketing & Administration Coordinator. You will be assisting with general administrative duties within the Aftersales Department including Personal Assistant responsibilities to the Director.

**You will be responsible for**
- Assisting with general administrative duties within the Aftersales Department including Personal Assistant responsibilities to the Director
- Preparing meeting presentations, assisting with annual planning and budget preparation, scheduling appointments and managing expenses.
- Providing administrative support to the Training Department in the budget planning and reporting of all training activities.
- Analyse feedback from customer surveys and monitor customer satisfaction
- Supervise and coordinate all Aftersales aspects, warranty extension and service programs
- Assist with the development and implementation of merchandise, accessory, parts advertising
- Creating Aftersales reports, managing invoices, budget tracking and creating new vendors
- Assist in preparation of special projects as required

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Strong analytical skills along with an ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Advanced computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to manage a multi-faceted budget.
- Results orientated with a proactive, professional and energetic approach.
- High level of business acumen.
