The successful applicant will support the successful input and administration of client information and data, including but not limited to, associate and client onboarding, billing reconciliation and data integrity management. This position will ensure timely and accurate billing and compliance with processes and policies. **Description**

**Onboarding & Aftersales**
- Administration of client records and data
- Client onboarding
- Client billing ( accurate and timely)
- Client reporting
- Continual improvement and data integrity management
- Aftersales activities ( queries,disputes)

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Adept communication and presentation skills
- Present data and reports in digestable and readable format
- Ensure that stakeholders are communicated with and responded to in a timely manner

**Profile**
- Bachelors Degree Finance, I.T. or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or I.T.
- Relevant experience in Onboarding & Aftersales, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Excellent Communication skills
- Time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Well-developed interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a pressured environment and think on your feet and make decisions
