Our client has been established for over 30 years as one of Queensland’s leading new home builders servicing the needs of the diverse marketplace of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Their homes range from large acreage homesteads to small lot construction. Due to continual growth they are seeking to expand their Sales Team with the addition of Sales Consultant to manage the initial building journey of prospective clients.

You may have experience in new home sales and tired of weekend Display Home commitments or have a trade background and wanting to “get off the tools” using your understanding of the construction. This is great career shift opportunity for self-driven person offering flexibility, open ended renumeration with a base salary and no weekend or Display Home work.

**Offer**

**Role**
- Assist clients with their catalogue design selection and variations using the provided drafting tools
- Convert Sales Leads provided by the Office marketing initiatives
- Generate new leads through self-motivated business development
- Develop networks within the real estate sales industry
- Visit clients’ build site for visual check, file photos
- Present detailed quotations, assist with queries and convert to final contracts

**Person**
- Self-motivated and passionate about residential construction
- Proactive to follow up enquires and self-lead generation
- Great people skills, able to listen to client needs and deliver solutions Understanding of residential construction from previous Sales role or trade background
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
