The role of the central performance reporting team is to manage and support effective performance reporting in DVA in line with the Commonwealth Performance Framework.

**Duties**
- Manage and implement DVAs performance reporting framework.
- Plan, develop and manage the delivery of the departments non-financial performance reporting and Annual Performance Statements.
- Oversee and manage coordination of the performance reporting process.
- Draft narrative for the Annual Performance Statements.
- Manage the process of coordinating collection of content across the department.
- Drive clearance and approval processes, including through senior management and audit committees.
- Oversee and manage the undertaking of quality assurance testing and related analysis on performance reporting input.
- Review and provide advice on the appropriateness of performance measures and updating them as required.
- Manage the Annual Performance Statements audit process with ANAO.
- Draft papers and briefs for executive and audit committees.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to provide education and support on the performance framework and its components.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including SES, divisional coordinators and executive officers.
- Evaluate existing processes and implement business process improvements.
- Develop project plans to support the team's deliverables.
- Lead and manage a small team.
