**Welcome to Spring Mountain State School**:
Spring Mountain State School is a fast-growing primary school situated in the Greater Springfield area celebrating our 5th year of operation. We have a very multi-cultural, highly family orientated school that has a high focus on quality service and support of our students and families. We very much see our parents as partners to the success of our students. We currently have approximately 640 students with the current prediction having us double in the next 2-3 years. To forward plan for this growth in students, we are seeking an Administrative Officer who is ideally experienced within Education Queensland, dedicated and caring to join our office team. We currently have a small team who have driven the vision and created a lovely welcoming environment for our families. If you are found to have the skills, qualities for a fit in our team and school environment there may be a possibility for extension.

**Your role**:
**As the Administrative Officer your responsibilities include**:

- Knowledge of office operations, great initiative and communication skills.
- Willing to learn EQ process, practices and policies particularly - One School, Qparents.
- High capacity and willingness to learn, engage, implement and work digitally.
- A team player/supporter who gets the job done with respect, organisation and consultation.
- Front officer personable, warm and friendly demeanour.
- Excellent time management, able to multi-task and show good initiative. Has high expectations of self and work quality.
