**About the role
As a Category Development Coordinator, you will support our commercial teams in the delivery of their range reviews ensure a tailored product offering for every community across Australia. This will involve liaising and working with stakeholders across commercial buying, analysts, project managers and store operations. You will also be supporting the team with general administrative tasks and responsibilities ensuring that key meetings and timelines of the program are met, management of the Category Development Schedule is maintained and all communication is delivered between teams and external stakeholders.

**About the team
We are a lively and high-performing team that is driven by our customer-first mission and is passionate about working together to deliver the best outcomes for our customers. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a new proactive team member to join us. We typically meet at our Norwest office 1-2 times per week but fully support flexible ways of working.

**Day to day in the role
- Management of the day-to-day CDS (Category Development Schedule) including approvals and CDS on Partnerhub
- General management of Purchase Orders / iBuys
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for team members within the Category Development Team
- Arrange and coordinate with ServiceWoW requests, team training and team events
- Coordinate and support the team on Range Curation activities which could include communications to stores, field support and equipment
- Ensure distribution lists are kept up to date

You are a great communicator who is able to understand the customer’s needs and translate those into meaningful actions. You establish and nurture healthy relationships with your stakeholders and are oriented around doing what’s meaningful, purposeful, and value-driven. You’re curious and empathetic, with an eye for the bigger picture and strong attention to detail. You deal with complexity by collaborating with colleagues, listening to customers and suppliers, testing ideas and continuously learning. You take ownership for and are proud of the work you create.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence key personnel at varying levels in the organisation
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and stakeholder groups
- Strong commercial / business acumen
- Proven track record in managing multiple tasks and streams
- Understanding of Retail / Consumer Goods (preferred)
- Superb time management skills
- Experience in Google Slides / Sheets
