About the role
A permanent job share opportunity exists for two agile, responsive and flexible administration professionals (1 x 0.6 EFT and 1 x 0.4 EFT) to act as Personal Assistant to the Associate Program Director Surgery and Associate Program Director Specialty Medicine at Box Hill Hospital.

- Accurate and efficient computer skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team
- A professional and innovative approach to tasks, while being able to manage competing demands
- A strong commitment to high quality care

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
