About the role

Eastern health's Mental Health and Wellbeing Program provides clinical mental health services across a range of inpatient settings, including acute and sub-acute units; medium-term residential settings; community-based services and specialist services. Services are available to individuals of all ages, their families, carers and significant others, as well as other service providers across the Astern Metropolitan region of Melbourne.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for the provision of high level administrative, secretarial and executive support services to the Clinical Director and Associate Program Director, Older Adult and to the Associate Program Director and Clinical Director, Infant Child and Youth, Mental Health and Wellbeing Program.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Ability to manage and coordinate professional, high quality service delivery

High level oral and written communication skills

An ability to champion and promote change with an emphasis on continuous improvement

Excellent attention to detail, a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure are essential

Demonstrated capacity to rapidly understand newly presented information

Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive or confidential issues

Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude toward work and colleagues

Demonstrated experience and proficiency with a wide range of information technology systems and platforms, preferably within a healthcare setting
