We are seeking a Project Analyst to coordinate continuous improvement projects within our Supply Chain Transformation Team. Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain Transformation, this role will see you prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects whilst performing various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties.

What you’ll be doing

What does a normal day in the life of a Project Analyst look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Help prepare budgets, analyse risks and opportunities
- Support the delivery and maintenance of the lean continuous improvement program
- Facilitate workshops and work with teams to identify gaps and process improvements

What you’ll bring to the table?
- A Diploma of Project Management/Business Administration
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or similar role
- Lean/continuous improvement experience
- Fulfilment/Supply Chain experience
- Safety exposure
- Project reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. Microsoft, Tableau)
- Accountability and taking ownership to ‘get it done’
- Passion to learn
