**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**:
We are seeking an Delivery Lead with the responsibility to oversee enterprise-level projects with a focus on a CRM/ERP program. You will work in close collaboration with our commercial business lines, finance, technology, and product teams, to execute against a planned roadmap of prioritized value streams that strives to deliver against business transformation goals.

Core to this will be your ability to support the development teams and assist with removing obstacles and keeping momentum. You will bring to this role your knowledge of delivering on multiple streams of projects utilizing agile principles.
- Guide teams in implementing scrum framework with sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives and other events
- Coach team members and stakeholders on scrum values and practices
- Act as an agile expert to influence broader organizational adoption
- Break down complex projects into user stories and development tasks
- Collaborate with product owners and the delivery team to groom and prioritize the product backlog
- Assist the team to estimate user stories and tasks during sprint planning sessions
- Track progress during sprints and releases to ensure on-time delivery
- Identify and remove team impediments and dependencies

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Passionate agile practitioner who drives delivery based on agile principles and not just frameworks.
- An inspiring communicator that can clearly articulate the vision and priorities to teams and the business to ensure alignment and understanding priorities.
- An ability to inspire and empower your teams to lead on pieces of work - as they will most likely know the best way to make things happen.
- Experience with rolling out change into organisation (people and process changes).
- Knowledge of ERP (NetSuite) / CRM (Salesforce) platforms, including related systems integration.
- Experience implementing cloud based software into businesses is preferred
