**What’s the job?**

Working in our wholesale parts team, you’ll be.
- Supporting our dealer network, as the importer link between overseas supplier and dealer to end user.
- Fielding customer enquiries regarding replacement parts for machinery and using serial numbers to find relevant parts.
- Talking to customers that don’t have a serial number and asking the right questions to get enough information to find the right part.
- Selling parts to customers and arranging for delivery.
- Building relationships with overseas suppliers and ordering inventory.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience working with parts catalogues or in inventory management, ideally in the automotive or farming sectors.
- A commitment to providing good customer service whilst managing customer expectations.
- A mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery and how it works.
- A background working with parts, inventory or stock management systems.
