We are looking for a focused and passionate **Assistant Building Manager** to join our team

**As our next Assistant Building Manager you will**:

- Be an integral part of the team, reporting directly to the Building Manager and General Manager
- You will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the Caretaking agreement as well as working closely with the owners corporation and body corporate contractors to maintain the properties in their best physical condition.

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone with experience in strata and the drive and resilience to deliver results for all stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and strong understanding of hotel building operations
- Focus and prioritisation of the things that matter
- Excellent written correspondence and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people integral to the business.
