**Welcome to Mannacare.** We are a not-for-profit, values based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the municipality of Manningham.

We have an opportunity for an **IT Support/Systems Manager **position to support range of IT services for MannaCare staff. Key duties include IT installation//configuration, maintenance of PC and devices including desktop software, management of IT systems projects as required.

**_ To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- Knowledge of Windows XP and 7 operating systems and MS Office Professional software
- Diploma or Degree in IT related field or equivalent
- Excellent communication and people skills including a consultative, co-operative approach
- Experience in providing end user help desk support
- Systems experience working in aged care
- Knowledge and experience in care management specialist software (TCM), Micropay, RosterOn and AIM accounting software
- Experience in successfully dealing with external service providers
