**How will I help?**

This role will work in collaboration with the Business Institute to design and deliver a new frontline capability uplift framework. The framework will focus on uplifting sales and relationship management capability across Commercial Banking. This will be done by designing and delivering targeted training and skill development sessions for bankers. The Manager Effectiveness and Capability will also be responsible for ownership of the Commercial Banking role ready program to support all new starters.

**What do I need?**
- 2-3 years of training and capability design and development
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience in coaching and training delivery roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- A proactive risk management mindset
