**How will I help?**
This role will be responsible for leading excellence in learning design. This will be achieved by partnering with business stakeholders to define high level strategies and working with Designers to develop their capabilities.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Translate the capability needs into a learning solution strategy and plan
- Partner with stakeholders & Senior Capability Manager to confirm success measure for each learning initiative
- Drive the development and implementation of a number of key learning initiatives across the division.
- Manage relationships and lead design resources and external partners top develop and source "best in class" learning
- Lead and integrate the enterprise future-focused capabilities into the learner experience
- Advocate a culture of learning and foster a culture of continuous improvement

**What do I need?**
- Extensive experience in Capability Management
- Demonstrated strategy development and execution experience
- Deep learning & development expertise
- Project Management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate
- A risk management mindset.
- Data and Analytics knowledge (not mandatory, but advantageous)
