**About the opportunity**
Do you want to join an amazing team and program that is going to change the way NSW Health Pathology provides quality patient care? This position is for you We are looking for a clinical integration analyst to join our comprehensive program of work called Fusion that aims to standardise, streamline and integrate pathology services. The Clinical Integration Analyst will utilise their rich experience and knowledge about clinical integration in a Pathology setting in order to develop innovative business solutions to support interoperability between the state-wide laboratory information management system (SW LIMS) and other information systems.

**What you'll be doing**

As part of the Fusion transformation initiative including the Statewide Laboratory Information Management System (SW LIMS) Program, the Clinical Integration Analyst collaborates with clinicians, scientists, business and technology professionals to translate clinical integration requirements into sustainable and innovative business solutions in order to improve people’s health outcomes, to ensure sustainable data quality, integrity and agility for consumption by external clients and agencies.
- Relevant qualifications in either biological sciences or IT e.g. Biomedical Science/Pathology or Relevant IT tertiary / post graduate qualifications
- Demonstrated extensive understanding of diagnostic or scientific laboratory processes and workflows
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting, providing ICT support, operating continuous integration platforms and participating in test, build and deployment automation
- Experience in maintenance, standardisation and customisation of data feeds from the LIMS for consumption by external clients and organisations associated with PAS/ADT systems, electronic orders and results
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and develop and implement solutions to complex issues within a multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to work within a team environment locations including vendors or contractors across varying geographical locations and drive effort towards achieving project and business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience working across a range of web, server, database, mobile and integration languages and technologies

**Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases**
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
