Senior Business Analyst

Robert Walters Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and integrating multiple systems, process mapping, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Enhancements & Integrations: Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements and integrations for various systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
- Process Mapping: Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps that document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Solution Design: Design and propose robust solutions that address business needs and align with strategic goals. Prepare detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, functional designs, and test plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and manage expectations. Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on systems enhancements, integrations, and process improvement.
- Proven expertise in systems with hands-on experience in systems integration.
- Demonstrated ability to map processes, design solutions, and manage complex projects effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
